This change resolves a case where players who already completed their weekly Legends of the Haranir quest on one character would be prevented from completing the weekly activity on an alt.

- Developers' notes: This change was made due to a visual bug that caused players being carried by the Druid sable mount to sit at the base of the model rather than on its back. We're working on a fix to restore the sable as an option that can be used by the mount form. For this fix to be applied, the scale of the sable will increase slightly to avoid clipping issues and to accommodate some of the larger player-races.
