NewArenaSurge Field is a new Arena Augment.
Source line
NEW Surge Field
- Upon casting your ultimate ability, you spawn a surge zone beneath you that has a 300 radius. While you are within the zone, you gain 50 Ability Haste and 40% bonus Move Speed, and your damage dealt to enemy champions fires missiles at them that deal 20% of the triggering damage instance pre-mitigation as bonus magic damage.
- The missile effect cannot trigger from itself.
- The zone lasts indefinitely as long as you stay within its radius.
- If you leave the zone's radius for the first time, it moves to your current location.
- Exiting the zone a second time causes it to disappear if you do not re-enter the area within 1.25 seconds.
