New reworked innate ability. Passive

• When Chaos Knight crafts a neutral item, it gets an additional random enchantment that doesn't provide negative stats
• The random enchantment is selected from all available enchantments in that tier, including ones that are normally not available for Strength heroes
• Due to negative stats, Chaos Knight can't randomly get Crude, Nimble, Keen-Eyed, Titanic, Greedy, Hulking, Audacious, Feverish, and Manic Enchantments
• The random enchantment is different from the one used in crafting
