AdjustQuest and creature levels around Shadowvale and Bandarion Keep are increased.
Source line
Increased the level of the quests and creatures around Shadowvale and Bandarion Keep.
- Developers' notes: These were lower level than the content that preceded them, which didn't have the escalation we wanted and could result in the quests being green by the time you got to them.
