Cooldown Manager
The Cooldown Manager moves key buff and cooldown information to a single place you can customize. It is off by default; turn it on in Options under Gameplay Enhancement.

The Cooldown Manager in World of Warcraft: Forever is intended to enhance gameplay by pulling critical information from the buff bar or action bar and placing it in a fully customizable location. By default, the Cooldown Manager is disabled, and it can be enabled in Options under the Gameplay Enhancement settings.
