Vehicle players
The Z20 Lakota gets a balance pass, vehicle turrets get a maximum rotation speed, several Driver unlocks come earlier, and the Heavy Tank moves to Driver level 35.

Voice chat no longer cuts out permanently after a failed join, several crashes are fixed, and DLSS Frame Generation can be turned off without restarting.
