Read the official notes ↗
TL;DRPatch 0.11 overhauls the server browser to give community servers more visibility: it splits the browser into Community and Official tabs, adds text search to Community servers and keeps Community Server IDs between matches. BULKHEAD also fixes various cash exploits, adds server capacity in Asia, offers a 5% End of Match cash bonus on community servers for a week, and spells out bans for economy abuse.

Who this matters to

Community server players and admins

Community servers get their own browser with text search and persistent IDs, and server names now sort alphabetically regardless of special characters.

Players in Asia

Server capacity in the Asian region is increased.

Exploiters

Abusing cash exploits now means a timed ban and a reset of your cash and XP to 0, while XP farming and tutorials for exploits mean a permanent ban.
