    Phoenix: Increase Cosmic Flames single-shot damage from 60 to 65. Increase direct damage upon detonating Sparks from 40 to 45, and the explosion damage from 15 to 20. Upon detonating Sparks, the self-heal effect has been removed, replaced with granting Bonus Health of 5 for 4s, capped at 25.
