TL;DRA midseason hotfix that nerfs Doctrine and Sombra, buffs Roadhog and Kiriko, and trims D.Mon's armor. Doctrine's Eternal Scepter drops from 60 to 55 damage and healing and Invigorating Drones last 5 seconds instead of 6, Sombra's Machine Pistol and Cyberspace lose damage, Roadhog's Scrap Gun and Take a Breather get stronger, Kiriko's base health rises from 225 to 250, and D.Mon's base armor falls from 275 to 250.
