ARC Raiders: Live Update 2.3.0

Update 2.3 adds the Noxious Set and a new player project, Souls Offering. The Heavy Shield's base charge rises from 80 to 90 and Flame Spray hits harder with half the durability drain, the Firefly Burner now ignites on impact when thrown, and Adrenaline Shot works at max stamina but no longer stacks. Loot is redistributed in the Emperor and on the Frigate, the Expedition Vault is disabled with Bronze Statuettes as compensation, and there are many Grappling Hook, Pendola Pass collision, Frigate and crash fixes.
