Valve's Halloween update adds Halloween Cauldrons that drop Candy for a Sugar Rush buff (through November 2), plus a huge gameplay pass: a tougher Mid-Boss that drops 3 Rejuvenator crystals with a halved bounty, buffs to most lifesteal items, nerfs to Radiant Regeneration, Spirit Sap and Divine Barrier, and big changes for Solomon, Violet, Rat King, Mirage, Baba and Nurse Harrow. The 6 newest heroes are no longer marked new, so they can be banned in ranked.
Buffed: Point Blank, Toxic Bullets, Armor Piercer, Glass Cannon, Spiritual Overflow, Crippling Headshot, Golden Goose Egg, Mystic Slow
Nerfed: High-Velocity Rounds, Express Shot, Spirit Sap, Radiant Regeneration, Rebuttal, Healbane, Spirit Shielding, Divine Barrier
