TL;DRThis patch starts Act 4 with Sentinel buffs for Cypher, Killjoy, Veto, Sage and Deadlock and shorter signature cooldowns for Initiators (60s to 50s). The new map Summit enters the Competitive rotation along with Sunset as Fracture and Pearl leave, the Retake limited-time mode arrives, the Bandit is tuned, and Ranked Rating gains are adjusted so consistent winners climb faster.

Sentinel players

Killjoy's Turret fires 50% faster, Veto's Interceptor reclaim cooldown drops to 20s, Cypher's Trapwire has a shorter windup, Sage's self heal doubles, and GravNet's cooldown drops to 50s.

Initiator players

Sova, Fade, Skye, Breach and KAY/O signature cooldowns drop from 60s to 50s, and Gekko's reclaim cooldowns drop from 20s to 15s.

Competitive players

Summit and Sunset are in the pool, Fracture and Pearl are out, RR losses on Summit are halved for two weeks, and on PC each team's average rank is kept within 1 sub-tier.
